Tech Equipment Surplus

​If you have out-of-warranty technology equipment for surplus, please follow these procedures for discard/removal. These instructions apply ONLY to the tracked CCSD technologies listed below. Items NOT on this list (such as TVs, VCRs, desks, etc.) should be discarded following classroom equipment procedures.

• Out-of-warranty iPads
• Out-of-warranty laptops
• Out-of-warranty desktops
• Out-of-warranty printers

Procedure

1. For surplus technologies listed above, please complete this form.  
   
2. If you have multiple items to surplus, please submit a form for each item.
3. After completing the form, you will receive an email with further instructions for surplus/removal.
4. Please DO NOT send or bring random surplus items to the library. Use the form above to surplus tracked CCSD technologies.
5. In-warranty items may not be surplussed. Contact Terry Bearden, field technician, with further questions. Thanks!
