Lab & Resource Scheduler

We use  www.labandresourcescheduler.com  to book computer labs. Follow these steps to make a reservation.
Log in​
  1. Username: FirstnameLastname
  2. Password: (see email)
After logging in for the first time, reset your password
  1. Click on your username in the upper right corner
  2. Click the “Change Password” button
  3. Enter old & new password information and select “Change Password”
To reserve a lab
  1. Click on the “Lab and Resource” tab
  2. From the menu @ left, select the lab you’d like to reserve
  3. From the “Five Days” view, select the blocks you want to reserve
  4. Click “Save”
To cancel a reservation
  1. Navigate to the calendar you want to edit
  2. Click on the box(es) for the dates & blocks you want to cancel (the boxes will turn red)
  3. Click on “Save” to remove
Important reminders
  • Bookings may be made up to 4 weeks in advance
  • The library lab must be booked at least 24-hours in advance; call 040 for day-of availability
  • Please do not book a resource for the entire day—leave your planning period open for others
  • Please cancel a reservation as soon as you know you won’t be using the resource
  • Testing dates are subject to change
